- Clear and Concise Communication: 95% of clients feel we communicate clearly and concisely.
- Overall Service Value: 95% value the service they receive from Waterco.
Client Relationships:
- 60% of respondents are long-time clients/suppliers and look forward to working with us again next year.
- 35% are new clients/suppliers and are excited to continue working with us in 2025.
Awareness:
- 45% of respondents knew about our recent acquisition of Datrys Consulting Engineers, expanding our civil and structural engineering design services.
Comments:
- Positive feedback highlights our staff’s accessibility, friendliness, flexibility, and helpfulness.
- Suggestions for improvement include sticking strictly to scope and enhancing commercial processes.
