Team Spirit in Action

Waterco Datrys recently held a vibrant team-building day at Glan Llyn in Bala, bringing together colleagues from across our offices for a day of connection, collaboration, and fun.

The event was a fantastic opportunity to strengthen relationships and enjoy the great outdoors. Activities included raft building on the lake, as well as a mix of desktop and physical puzzles designed to challenge our problem-solving skills and encourage teamwork.

Everyone came away with something valuable—whether it was a new connection, a fresh perspective, or simply a good laugh. It was a day that truly reflected the spirit of Waterco Datrys: working together to solve challenges and build stronger teams.
